	I found Eastside Bavarian by looking online for a place to change my oil by my work. I was glad I found Eastside, and that they specializes in German cars. The Price for the oil change was about $30 dollars cheaper than a chain store I use to go to. This makes be very happy and that the job was completed by people who know my car. I also liked the recommendation given to me for some other items my car may need in the near future.

	I really like how Eastside Bavarian communicates with the customers and explains what's happening with the car. They took me to the car and showed what they are talking about, and recommended reasonable what can wait and what cannot wait. This is great.

	Every time we have been in to Eastside Bavarian, it has been a great experience. From the smallest of requests, such as replacing a headlamp to fixing a cracked radiator, we have been most content. No one likes to have the expense of car repairs, but we have found that Eastside Bavarian truly takes care of their customers at a very fair price. I am always greeted in such a nice manner whether it is in person or over the phone.

	This was the best find of the year! I am so happy to have an Eastside alternative for servicing my Mini Cooper. Everyone in this shop is friendly, accommodating, and honest. They performed a service for $50 that I had been given a quote of $250 from the Mini dealer. And the Mini specialist is factory trained. On a recent visit, three different employees came into the lobby area and greeted me by name (without first checking paperwork)...pretty hard to find that kind of personal service these days! It's great to find the complete package of friendly, honest and highly competent service all in one! Yep, I love these guys!

	EastSide Bavarian is one of the best if not the best Independent BMW shops around. All of the people that work there are enthusiasts, professional, very knowledgeable, generous with their time, and just good all-around people. Their mechanics take the time to explain what they did, and what they saw, and what you may need in the future. Everyone there is honest, and upfront with you; no mistakes, no "Im sorry's", just good, honest, work, from excellent people.

	The work performed on my BMW was very satisfactory. My car runs great. I was a bit surprised that the final bill was a bit more than I was quoted. I didn?t complain, but you should try to nail down the cost before you have the work performed. Check your bill over. I was charged for 8 quarts of oil when I know that my BMW only takes 6 quarts. This company does good work but just try to get the price nailed down in advanced. The upside is that my car does run nice. Comment from the business Tony, You should not have been billed for 8 quarts of oil your model requires only 7 (6.9)to be exact. I found the error in our standard task and corrected it. I can refund the difference or you can stop by and pick up a quart for top off. Dave

	Front left headlight low beam bulb replaced and windshield washer pump replaced. In and out in under 30 minutes. Courteous, helpful, and professional staff. A vast improvement over BMW Bellevue's service department.
